With her real estate experience and down to earth personality, Janet takes the time to understand her clients lifestyle and needs,  she is committed to working with buyers and sellers to accomplish their goals and equally committed to finding the perfect year round or a vacation home for her clients. She also works in the commercial real estate business. 

A strong negotiator, Janet is highly professional and attentive to her clients needs. Prior to her real estate career she  was a Senior Executive Sales director for a major cosmetic company with a team of over 80 women.  

Janet was awarded the Silver Circle of Excellence Award from the Greater Providence Board of Realtors for the last five years. 

She has a great understanding of the area as having grown up in Scituate Mass and raising  my six kids on the South Shore.

Working along side her daughter Kimberly  Dawes on the Selling South of Boston Team has been a real bonus and a true pleasure.  . 

She is currently residing in the East Bay area of RI  for the last several years .
